Day 8 Still waiting for confirmation lette

Day 8 and no Confirmation letter from Maria from Standard Bank Carletonville branch, i strongly recommend that people bank else where as Standard Bank is the cheapest however their service is just as cheap. Thank you Standard Bank for the rubbish service. All i need is a letter proving that my business partner and i have an account at Standard Bank, but no HQ can't send it because they don't know that i have a account so if i understand it correctly if the Carletonville branch burns down all the accounts created there are gone because HQ can't find the account number and have no proof that i have an account, it shows that there is no organisation or IT, when i worked for a medical HQ all their smaller shops are linked the second a sale or account activity occurs it's registered at HQ, hahaha but not at Standard Bank, Standard Bank has lowest charges = lowest service possible, on the bright side i will be moving my company to Absa where they know whats going on and you pay more but the service dwarfs Standard Banks service delivery.
