Request for Revesal unsuccessful

I have donated R7000-00 to Old Age Home in Pretoria on 18-12-2012. They have contacted me on the 15-1-2013 advising that the money was still not in their Absa account. We have checked the account nr and recovered that I have put an exstra "0" in the number.
The Old Age Home have contacted ABSA and they have checked the account number and confirmed that there isnt account in their books with that number and that the money must be in an account of FNB if it is not transferred back to my account.
FNB e-mail documents to me and instructed me to go to a Bank for help. I done that and I recieved a e-mail from Gaibee that my request for revesal was unsuccessfull. This was the reason: It was not possible due to the nature in which the RECIPIENT ACOUNT IS SET UP. There is no recipient so who can the account be set up.

I paid R214-00 per tracaction for the rquest to recall or revers while it isin one of their house account.

Did FNB use my donation to Old Age Home for all their add's. I think it is better to move to a "peeb bank.

My reference from FNB is 33302.
