Total wastage of time & do not care attitude!

I spent well over 1 hours yesterday on [URL Removed] trying fruitlessly to generate insurance quotes for my husbands scooter and in the end decided to call 0860 105 968 at 11:11 yesterday. I went through the whole process, answered all he questions and was promised to be emailed quotes which never ever happened. I once again went online this morning and once again the system just keeps saying please wait and I never generate quotes. So I once again called your call centre a short while ago to be told by Lester that there is no record of my call or request for quotes and he just doesnt know how to help me??? Seariously? This is the type of service you provide and this is how much your employees care? If your supposedly trained employees couldnt be bothered to rectify a situation or assist a client then I really have no words? I thought your calls were recorded? Lester just couldnt be bothered! It is wonderful to see what kind of people you hire to represent your company... one who couldnt be bothered to send the quote via email and one that couldnt be bothered to assist! Your service has been disgusting HIPPO!!! You have total disregard for your clients precious time or money!
