Hi there,
Why are you charging for telephone banking where as I have never use this service, this has been going on for far too long and I find very unprofessional.
Can I ask for all those charges to be reversed with immediate effect and i have no interest in telephone bankin g and I have NEVER make use of it this is how the charge appears on my credit card statement

I want all the charges reverse immediately.
