I called into the FNB call centre at 18:50pm today 05.06.2013 and Patrick answered the phone. I wanted to enquire what happened on my account and was treated with such a demeaning attitude and when I asked another question I was abruptly placed on hold and this ate into my airtime! I already ran up a bill of more then R120 on Monday 03.05.2013 talking to various people trying to enquire about my accounts with FNB. I am in the process of closing my long term accounts with FNB due to bad service of this nature as well as the excessive fees charged by FNB and their inability to live up to their slogan... HOW CAN WE HELP YOU... Really!
