I called to enquire about the payment holiday (0877301100). Bruce said he would email the forms and after waiting abit called back and spoke with Janet, her process was a bit different to that of Bruce but confimed he had sent it and then gave me the creteria. Asked to speak to a manager/supervisor as I felt that the attitude and tone of Janet was not very professional, nonetheless I was basically told by the supervisor she would address the inconsistent info and that my request will not be entertained as I do not fit the creteria - I wanted to do this so that I can pay off my 3 kids school fees for next year and not becoz I am being retrenched or going on maternity.
We have our homeloan /cheque acc/credit card for many years - So how does your" How can we help you" apply to me when I am asking for assistance? How appreciated and valueble do I feel now!
