FNB does not help anybody but themselves

Grace Sekele called me today demanding that I pay R1500 towards my credit card. When I told her I cannot afford that amount she asked me why is it that I can pay R1668 towards my personal loan account but I cannot pay the credit card. A personal loan which I have tried getting restructured due to changes in my financial situation on more than one occassion but FNB unfortunately for me, no longer does restructuring of loans. Grace told me in no uncertain terms that she was going to deduct R1500 from my cheque account because there were funds available! I told her I would be extremely unhappy and could not afford that amount but she went ahead and deducted R1500 from my account against my wishes anyway. Is this how a major financial institution treats it's customers when they are going through tough times? The money that was debited was actually much needed child support and I need that transaction reversed a.s.a.p. Grace needs to learn that even customers who are going through difficult financial times also deserve some respect. I am very disappointed in both FNB and Grace Sekele and feel like I have been robbed by the people I have trusted with my money for so many years.
