No effort for resolution just more charges added

A few days ago i logged a complaint with FNB regarding my credit card payment date being on the 20th when I specifically changed it to the 25th about a year ago which means that they have been charging me arrears interest for almost a year now.

The complaint got escalated to the Grassy Park branch and a lady by the name of Dawns calls me and does not even bother to say anything about the credit card issue besides that payment is due on the 20th of each month then immediately jumps to speaking about the cheque account i hold with FNB and saying that i will be charged extra each month.

So now the mother at FNB charged me almost a years arrears interest on my credit card without me knowing and still wants to take more of my money without my permission.

I didnt agree to my account being charged the extra amount I did not sign anything for this. FNB owes me almost a years interest and I will make sure i get what is owed to me by these dirty rats and Dawn the useless employee please fire her as she is an that brings no value to your company.

I will be closing my credit card and cheque account with you. So please dont even bother to reply just go yourselves
