I applied with Loanfinder SA to find a lender to help me with a loan. All companies they refered me to declined me for a loan. I then cancelled the application per email and telephonically with Loanfinder SA almost a month ago. TO MY SURPRISE they deducted R350.00 of my bank account without my permission! They claim this was for paralegal assistance? I do not require assistance as I work for an attorney. Further to this EC Finance, one of Loanfinders referals tried to deduct an additional R350 around the 24th of last month and this bounced and left me with a R155.38 bank charge and credit record inscription as no funds were available in the account. At least they should customers on the correct date. They have my salary details. They declined to loan me money, what is this R350 to everyone you apply with. They all state quite clearly that applications are FREE??? Disgusting behavoir. I will ensure that I do a full complaint with the National Credit Authority and any other party that would be relevant. I presume they do this consistantly to numerous client.
