NO RESPONSE TO VARIOUS E MAILS & CALLS

To Whom It May Concern,

AN incorrect amount for Insurance was deducted from my account. After various e mails & calls (10 CALLS WITHOUT ANSWER) to the Insurance division, I still have not received any feedback on this matter.
I find it pathetic that no one even bothers to reply or respond to my query.
If this matter is not addressed speedily, I will make arrangements to move all my products to another bank!!!
