Terrible service

Hi. Firstly our geyser burst and due to it being under warrenty, I approached qikkot to replace. The old geyser was in a place not accessable so qikkot suggested plumbers to extend the pipes outside. Qikkot was due to come on sunday at 10h00am n no1 arrived. on friday the next week they came and after being unable to connect due to the accessability, refused to leave the geyser behind on orders of Richard. Next tuesday at 11h30am and arrived only at 12h24. The pipes were ready n only for them to connect which they refused to do. Yet, that morning Eddie arranged the time and I phoned back saying the plumber were done which the pipe extensions and qikkot will need to connect, the lady said they will do that however as above, they refused, I even spoke to the managing dirctor as Eddie refused to answer his phone. If they left the geyser in the first instance, I would not have this problem of having to call te plumbers again at another expense and missing work for so many hours. This has just caused incoveinience and qikkot does not want to take any responsibility for it. This is completely unacceptable service and behaviour as Eddie said to me he is the supervisor.
