A year ago I took out a loan with FNB, as per my contract that I SIGNED, my debit order is to take effect as of month end every month.
Lately, my debit orders are for the 26th, the 27th and the 28th... NOT THE 30TH!!!
I contacted FNB to sort this problem out as I am not prepared to pay extra interest fees due to my salary not paid in by the 26th to the 28th of every month...
I contacted them again last week and I received a mail response stating a consultant will contact me within 48hrs... 48hrs has gone to days, weeks... etc.
When a client signs for the debit to go off on the 30th, I suggest you keep to that date FNB!!!
Can anyone, competent enough, attend to this small request as I am at my wits end with incompetent people and computer responses from FNB.
