I have applied for a personal loan on the 29/05/2013 or 30/05/2013 and have received no response of my funds. I have completed all the necessary documents and submitted the supporting documents as well. My loan was pre-approved and confirmed but nothing has been done as yet. I have been continiously calling the branch for answers. It has been over a week now. It is really shockng as i have been to another bank and instantly approved. I am going to move all my business over since nedbank doesnt value their clients. If you look at my profle, you will see what a good credit record i have and how many accounts i have with nedbank. I require answers immediately or else i will distribute the pathetic service of nebank.
