No feedback received - a month has passed

I contacted Absa more than a month ago, after speaking to a few people and being sent to the incorrect place, I was finally assisted, all I wanted was to find out what amount of money i owe you, so that i can make arrangements to settle, I spoke to a gentleman named David, who assured me someone will e-mail me within 24 hours. this has not happened, I have tried to mail for feedback but my mails to the details provided to me, was returned as incorrect intended recipient... David advised me of a discount amount of R4720.70... all i want is a document highlighting the amount payable after the discount provided is deducted,
I would like urgent feedback please as all I need is...
To receive in writing a document specifying discount advised telephonically and what is left to pay, so that i can settle and move on
