Good day, I was recently employed by the Gauteng Provincial Government and I normally get paid on the 15 of every month, however during the 15 May my salary was never paid into y account. However stop-orders went through and my accout went on a negative balance. I went to all the relevant people who deduct money from my account and informed them that they will receive the money on the 20 May and they accepted that. Today I went to Kroom Boom Branch in Kenilworth I was assisted by Ms Sonia Penduka how and informed her of my problem as the stop-orders costed me more than R1000 but I was never assisted in the bank because they said my employer should pay me the money. For what good reason? I have been a customer in that branch for years and have their products, can I be assisted in terms of reversing the money into my account.
