On Friday 22 march i have logged a dispute, received a reference number and fax the documents as requested by the Transunion consultant. Today is Monday 25 March and i received a sms that states that my copy of ID is not legible. is this just a way to drag the process. any one know that a copy of the fax will not be clear, why can it not be emailed?
More people have access to email than a fax and the copy will be 200% better. this is a unprofessional unacceptable practice. I am blacklisted for something i have no knowledge of and now it is my problem!!!
I will send a clear copy just give an email address because if i fax it the same problem will occur...
And so it go on they just do not resopnd!!!
