Hi,

I have settle my taxi finance account on the 04 March 2012. I still have all settlement documentation and the car is now registered under my name.

The problem is when I query my accounts on Credit Bureau -TransUnion, S.A Finance still appear on my accounts and still open. This has affected my credit rating in terms of affordability and bad Client. I have tried contacting them via their call centre (0800 213 170) with no success, I have been transferred from are to another call agent/ dept.

Please Help! My credit record is in mess because of this problem.
