I accidently damaged my television. I called the callcente on thursday afternoon and spoke to a very well informed efficient young man by the name of ryan who explained that a technician will be out to see the tv. to my surprise on friday afternoon the technician came and took my tv away. On Monday afternoon he advised me that they will replace my tv. On tuesday afternoon i received a brand spanking new tv and he even made arrangement with the company for me to do an eft for the excess. Ryan really knows the meaning of customer satisfaction and i would really like to thank Budget and Ryan for being efficient for their kind assistance
