On 13/11 I phoned outsurance as i had a problem with my car, and they refered me to a company that they work with (DTL) to tow my car. the car stayed at their premises till 19/11 and i paid R5881.60 however i was not satisfied with the car and i advised the manager Adeele however i was convienced that the car was fixed. on 12/12 the car broke down AGAIN in the morning at 07:55 i foned the DTL company and no one cud assist as i was told that the lady dealing with this is not available, she will only be in the office at 08:00 i was promised that they were gona fone me at 08:00 however i didnt rec a call and i foned back at abt 09:00 still to no joy, finaly they sent out a towing truck at 10:26. i foned them the whole day trying to find out wat was happening but no joy, no feedback, nothing from this company. i was so upset and still am, finally the following day 13/12 i got hold of them (after numerous calls). i was then told that the car was fixed the previous day however no one bothered to fone me. Outsurance should not be dealing with these ppl, they will loose business, im not even thinking of refering anyone to outsurance because of this... ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!
