Internat Banking & Call Centre

My internet banking is down for the 3rd time in a week and the second time today & the call centre is not answering - 18-minutes and holding... How on EARTH is this acceptable?? If this is not resolved soon, and this is no threat, I am moving my entire banking portfolio to FNB. I have had enough. Period.
