Enough is Enough

I have closed my RSC account in January 2013 already and according to ITC I still owe you guys, after numerous calls and email the problem still isnt resolved. Now Kim De klerk wants to apologise for the inconvience caused, oh please i dont accept it! Why didnt the team do what they were suppose to do in the first place after I closed my account, why didnt they inform ITC that the account is paid and closed??? Why must I constantly phone to get updates whos the customer here me or RCS? This problem with ITC better be updated by the end of this week and i need confirmation that it is done!!! I always find it so funny that when you sell or want to promote your credit card you tell us all about the benifits and how wonderful it is sending us letter and so on, BUT you never tell us about the struggles we are going to go throught if we close our accounts!!! You honestly BIG TIME.by the way PLEEEEAAAASSSSEEEE stop send me letters promting your credit card coz I had one and surely wouldnt want it again after this whole expierence!!!
