Incorrect info at sales and no after-service!!

July 2012 I signed a contract to insure my car & household with A & G. I dealt with Ashwin Mitchell (AM). According to AM my laptop & camera was automatically included in my household insurance-no need to specify it separately. On 25/05/2013 I bought a sewing machine (SM) for business purposes (starting new business. I contacted AM (27/05), he told me it was included under household-no need for action. I told him the value & suggested we increase the value of my household. He agreed & arrange for someone to contact me to add the SM.Lea called me 30/05-during our conversation it was established that I should have specified my laptop & camera. Furthermore she informed me that I need business insurance for SM & would arrange for someone to call me. A guy (he didn't give his name) called same day. I was on my way to a meeting & he would call back 31/05 @ 07:45.It's Monday & I still haven't received a call yet of have my SM insured. During my conversation with AM in July 2012, he asked me to rate their service on Hello Peter. I refused based on that a sale in not a true indication of their services. I also said that this is misleading for other consumers & that he insulted my intelligence.
