We have a insurance with Absa and only when it suits them they will pay out a claim. We have submitted a claim in February 2013 and up to now they refuse to assist us because they feel that there is a difference between a tremor and a quake. Either one caused the same damage. In fact they challenge us to go to the ombudsman if we are not happy. I have noticed that their financials have gone down. Just shows you that the wheel does turn. If you look after your clients why should you worry. I really pray that their eyes will open to see how bad they treat us. If only they assisted us in repairing our ceiling I would be a happy customer. So Sad to Be Part of Absa
