My mother was cremated on the 27th of April 2013 & I am still waiting on her ashes to be sent to me (Or is it her ashes?). I can't take the waiting anymore I called the office the Thursday after she was cremated & was told it was sent to me. I called them again on the 22nd & spoke to a lady by the name of Noleen she informed she had sent it & I should be receiving it by the following week. "I AM STILL WAITING."
I am shocked & disgusted in services rendered. My whole experience since the beginning with Avbob has been horrible & I doubt very much that the CEO or any of the Managers of this company would have to wait this long for their mothers ashes. "Very Traumatising..." I will most definately be going to the media regarding my story & seek legal advice.
