Personal information to third party

My mom bought a combi last year through toyota finance. Life cover was a compulsory requirement which she took up with the finance. Toyota then sent a referral to a company called zestlife without her authorization and her bank account is now debited for a 2nd life cover which she does not need. When i contacted the company thy advised that they got her info from toyota. My question is who gave you permission to give out her details including her banking details? and why for a life cover if she already accepted one from you? My mom is elderly and illiterate and there is no way she could have furnish her banking details to them. I need toyota to take the responsibility and make sure that all premium debited from her account are re-reimbursed with interest and the debit order charges from her bank since you gave out her details to one of your associates
