I was advised to move my accounts to Capitec. I'm so glad I listened at last.
Only when one has done that and experienced their service, do you realise how good that advice was.
I'm met, welcomed and helped by friendly organised, efficient people. No nonsense. It's a pleasure for them to help their clients. I know what I'm talking about. I've had a Nedbank Account and 5 FNB accounts.
I have a daily Transaction account and two different savings accounts. All these accounts are interest bearing. The Transaction account that the Debit Card is used from, PAYS 4% INTEREST. The fixed term Savings account pays 1.25% more than when that money was with FNB.
For the first time in my life, I'm dealing with friendly people who always help.
They open at 8AM. I arrived there early this morning because it's monthend. What time did they open?? 07h55. Have you ever experienced THAT from your bank. Thank you, Capitec for Simplicity and Sophistication. (and thank you for the phrase!)
