Please read and learn LoL I was refereed to an investment consultant, Mrs Ethan Foxcroft who set up a moderate risk savings account for me, I was told their was an upfront fee and no other charges Jan 2013, 3 months later I get an haddock statement showing service fees each time money is deposited, when I asked Mrs Foxcroft she sent me a document detailing charges that were not mentioned when the account was set up, I contacted her line manger Mr Lourens Bester his response yes we charge but you should not be charged 3% send us a request to amend the rate, he admitted hes not a registered financial adviser, not happy with this response I attempt to contact his line manager Mr Johann Human to be told hes out of the office on training we will get him to call you to date nothing contacted a Mr Jaco Spies who is apparently going to investigate it will take 6 weeks, Jan till date service fees total 18 thousand Rand, my Investigation with Stan Lib, shows Mrs Foxcroft did not set the account up in a cost effective way she set all fee parameters to the maximum value, I'm told this how consultants earn commission
