I receive a call from an agent stating my account on arrears and after he mentioned that calls are recorded I therefore let him know that am in the taxi therefore can't really interact with him and state my situation. Cyril (username F434) stated that I should learn to pay my account if I don't want people to hear my business, I therefore requested for him to repeat himself then he hung up
Cyril really humiliated me and made me feel disrespected. He has no regard and respect for his job nor for other p people. Thinking of steve's adverts I would like to think twice of fnb service and the type of people you hire. Cyril owes me an apology
