R399 Debited with no permission

I want my R399 it was debited from my account without me signing any document/agreement with them, they took the money on the 30/05/2013 from my Absa bank account

Refund my account immediatly please, R399 is a lot of money, especially considering the fact that you have NEVER given me ANY type of service. I have never spoken to any of your "consultants" and now when I look for the website online it is not coming up.

I need my money! give it back. i work hard for it!
