MIBFA - SURPLUS FUND!!! the call center - they never know whats going on, everytime its the same excuse over end over again, you phone to follow up than its one problem after the other and even if you phone to correct the next time the same problem will be there with nothing changed...( even though the problem was due to their neglectance not ours) then when you tried to follow up and they keep repeating the same questions and you get a little irritated they have the cheeck to say that i need to relax and im the one that needs the help so i must be pastient well sorry after being pastient for 9 months with all these excuses im not very happy good heavens this is taking forever after all it is our money??? isnt there someone that can assits that actually knows whats going on?
