Initation fees

I was advised that my petrol purchases for the month of may regardless of the amount i used my initiation fees will be reversed i reported this to the credit card call centre and was advised that it would be escalated and i should get response within 24hours... i still have not received any feedback, i am gona pay up the R300- i owe om my petrol card and cancel it!!!
