Utterly disgusted by there Negligence and service

I settled a loan of mine last year in October, where they sent me an email and gave me a settlement amount via email.
About two months later i received an sms saying that there has been an amount of R250 debited from my account. I went in to the bank closest to my work at N1 city and asked what was the debit order they said residuals. Residuals lawers fees, in shock i asked how this was possible. they said i still owe them about R6000 thousand and that i missed two months payments and they handed me over. This was without any notification to me. I then had to come back with my proof, phoned, faxed and emailed the settlement statement that was sent to me. After been told to wait & working days, i emailed the assistant that would help me but with no repsponse. I had to fight with them and complain (hello peter) to get my R250 back, as they said at the bank im not getting that debit amount back. it was then told to me it was settled only in January . still waiting on my settlement letter, i had a print out of my credit report. In shock FNB was lying on my report owing them over R20 000 two loans that I have paid in full one three years ago and one last year. taking this to ombudsman
