Thank you for responding in less than 2 hours last week, my reference number 285960 - however once again money was deducted from my account for a smart device I dont have. It has been over 6 weeks since I first queried this issue. I am done waiting, I want this sorted ASAP - please refer back to your slogan as you are not helping in anyway. Please dont respond with a generic thank you for bring this to our attention, I want someone to sort this out
