APPLICATION FOR A HOUSING LOAN

I submitted my appliaction for a housing loan on the 5th April 2013. I was told by Theo that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for my appliaction to processed, NOW THIS IS THE 7TH WEEK.
When i call the company the person on switchboard hardly answers the phone at times and it makes life difficult to get to the administrators. I spoke to Theo and told me that the application is now in a differesnt department and i was transfered to that different department and spoke to the team manager call Lerato.
She then told me that her boss is in cape town and she needs to sign, i dont understand how can things wait while someone is away there should be someone second incharge. Lerato the reassured me that they will be contacting me back yesterday and that did not happen. Today when i call her she is unavailable. No body called me, I am not getting straight answers for an appliaction that was done 7 weeks ago but still today it is roaming around the office. I AM COMPLETLY NOT HAPPY WITH ABACUS FINANCIAL SERVICE!!!
