A few months back i bought a phone for my nephew, he went to johannesburg and got robbed, he made a case at the ennerdale police station and got a case number and itc number. he contacted me and i went to exact in kimberley, they phoned the insurance and told them the situation but all they said was that they cannot assist me without a copy of the statement concerning the case that my nephew made, i phoned ennerdale police station about 20 times and i just get put through from one person to the other. Eventually i got someone and the person promised to fax the statement and the worst part is that i am still waiting on that fax of which i guess i am not going to get anytime soon. Now my claim cannot be processed due to a statement copy!
