Pricing unfairly

Kindly note that I was charged R220.00 x 2 on the 20/04/2013 (Saturday) as over limit fee and Unpaid Automatic fee, as I have done the payment of R400 on the 20 May 2013 and it was Saturday and only appeared on FNB statement on the 22 May 2013, however FNB debit went off on the 22 May 2012 as well of which it does not make sense for me being debited R220 X2 for late payment and Unpaid Debit Order.
I have contacted FNB call centre on the 30 May 2013 under ref Reference Rr13043051076 and spoke to Zanele Stuma of which she tried to explain and I could not understand and I then sent an complained via Email and on the 4 May I got a reply from Busisiwe Cindi saying my query is been sent to pricing, even today I have not receive any feedback. I have went through their pricing and there is no where a person can be charge R220.00 for Unpaid Debit Order. Please assist as I am getting frustrated as no one is willing to explain or atleast come back to me with feedback.
