I just moved over to FNB from another bank to make life easier for myself as most of my other accounts for my trust and home loan are at FNB. I applied for smart device as advertised by FNB. FNB told me i had to wait for activity on my account before they can process my request... now my salary was paid into my account and according to them it is not activity??? What do you see as activity??
I even transferred money to my wife's FNB account.
My debit orders i changed myself as FNB will be taking to long to do it. So how long must i wait for until my application will be attended to. Call center keep on trying to put me through to debit department but keep dropping my call.
