STILL NO IPAD

I reported FNB last week and was surprised to get a call the very same day, which impressed me, they promised to call back the next day stating that they do not see why there is a problem that I more than qualify for a smart device. I am still waiting for the call back almost a week later. What do i need to do to get a smart device. Now i have to with stand explaining the entire situation again to another consultant when they call after this report. The iPad was intended for my sons bday and he is more than upset that he has not got one yet. FNB were very quick to open the two extra accounts for my sons when I did the original application nearly TWO MONTHS AGO NOW.
