Why must a person struggle like this?

Iv had my cheque card for a week now, and iv been struggling to log into my internet banking for more than a week. When you open your account... no one tells you that you need to do everything yourself, they tell you that its all been done. I finally got all my ducks in a row but still cant get into my internet banking. Im so irritated and frustrated!! All I get is the following statement: " Please call FNB Online Banking South Africa on 087 575 0000 for further support."

WHY THE MUST IT BE SUCH A MISSION!!!???
