I contacted a Snr Marketing Consultant, Kim Northcote from Optivest who assured me my family which includes my 60 year old mother would qualify for a GAP cover product
Based on this information i signed up for the product and the matter was handed over to Judy Winzer who up to today has never returned any of my queries.
When i received the welcome letter it only has my wife on as a dependent when clearly from my membership certificate from my current medical aid has all three of us on.
I emailed Judy with ZERO reply and when I contacted Kim, she said they are not accepting my mother but she doesn't know why.
This was marketed to me under false pretenses and I am sure as rain this will be taken up with the Ombudsmen if not rectified. ASAP
