Bad Service

Bought a Defy product at Game jhb cbd, paid for it cash. Not happy with the product as it freezes where it is not supposed. Defy says it is supposed to freeze as it is not a frost free of which i was never told by Judy that sold me the fridge. But why does my bread, eggs, rice freeze. Told Judy a couple of times what was happening with the fridge, she said i must monitor it, logged a call with her. Had to follow up with her a couple of months later as to why i haven't been contacted by the techie only to find that she had lost y details.

The store manager says he can't exchange the product as it has been over a year. But i've communicated with Judy plenty of times within a year when i saw that the product i purchased had a defect. Now, they can only send a technician. This is ridiculous. I told the manager that i'm happy to pay more if it means getting a better product.

I'm never buying anything at Game after the service they gave me. I'm stuck with a fridge that has a defect.
