Very Dissapointing Service

I have had gap/ co-payment cover with Stratum since 2011, only to find out i had been paying cover for a family, yet i am the only member on my medical aid. What a rip off is this? after calling the call centre and finding that out, my debit order still goes out for family cover! whats the point of wasting my time and airtime calling when nothing gets resolved?
