Excellent and proficient service

I visit FNB Tyger Valley centre today to make deposits. After Ntombenkosi Manani deposited monies into an incorrect with the correct information in front of her, i ask to see the Manager. Elsa Le Roux came to assist and told her she made a mistake. I ask if she was not even going to oppologise and Elsa told her to opplogise. Elsa the ask if Jadre can take my matters over. I had the most excellent, friendly, efficient and professional service from Jadre. She exactly knew what to do without mistakes. I really want to thank her for this great service after having the awfull and bad experience with Ntombenkosi Manani. Jadre Scheffers is a big asset to FNB bank and with that attitude she will bring it so far. Nice doing bussiness with you Jadres. Keep up the excellent work.
