Two year ongoing and no action!

Dear Moeshfieka,

I received a call from Mirriam this afternoon requesting a R 3000 increased payment plan, thus R 6400 per month, in essence I do not have a problem, this after 2 years!

Could you please ask Mirriam to e-mail me the new revised payment plan as well as all the balances! She rang off before I could request it. Also the procedure with the attorneys from hereon, I am stunned that this took 2 years and still no action plan, yet I have been paying on time everytime every month!
