On the 13th of February this year I was involved in an accident & was promised prompt response & yeahh suffice to say it's now 3 months later & I am still driving a beat up car, thanks to SAUnderwriters & their don't care non-service attitude. Everytime I call Alvin (claims dept) he talks of himself going to call the panelbeaters & arranging that It be taken in but alas when I make follow ups as per his recommendation 30min later he never answers nor takes my calls. My claim number is 13020368624, I even suggested taking it to another reputable panelbeater in Mpumalanga as the one in Pretoria was taking forever as the qoutes were similar but nooo that was not good enough for them. Please fix my darn car as i PAY you every month without failure & I expect the same from you.
