I'm just concern about bridge loan service, i finished paying off my loan with them and i have a credit amount which is suppose to credited back to my account, i was not informed of payback form or any infor regarding credit balance, but just for interest sake, what about the people who don't have anccess to email / telephone etc typed of media contact, how do they claim back their monies..
