Unathorised Bank Account Debit

My bank account was debited without my authority on 14/12/2012 - debit reversed. The reference is Nudebt Hope 1757K for a company - Hope Contract Centre No. (031) 301-2277. Spoke to Terence Zwane on 18/12/2012 advised he is the manager and the staff do this because they work on commission and just process your details in the system. I requested a detailed explanation on where my details were obtained as this was not divulged to them - to date no response.
The same scenario happened again on 25/01/2013 - debit reversed. The reference is Nudebt VPM913Y, called nudebt (011) 724-5600 on 28/01/2013, referred to VP Marketing (031) 836-7012 and guess who I speak to Terence Zwane, again we go through the process of why my account was debited, where my details were obtained from and requesting a detailed explanation on the above - to date no response. Furthermore, I requested the name of his superior or person he reports and was advised he is not available. A request that this must be sent via email to myself and CC the manager with the explanation and to date this has still not been received.
This is unacceptable and my request was where they obtained my banking details to date no feedback.
