I was angry and she calmed me down! :)

After waiting for my new Savvy cheque card for 3 weeks instead of 5 working days, I have had THE WORST SATURDAY POSSIBLE. At 12:05pm my card got stuck in the Nedassist machine outside the branch in Blue Route Mall. I was told by the security guard that it is HIGHLY UNLIKEY that I can get my card as the bank has closed at 12pm! WHY WAS THE BANK CLOSED AT 12PM? So early, while FNB, Capitec, Standard Bank and even Bidvest were open. I stood at the door waiting for exiting staff to help me urgently. Some just walked past. Another told me to come between 10am and 3pm tomorrow (Sunday) and that's practically all she said. The guard was extremely helpful and said he would go inside and find Michelle, the controller. She came out and we explained the situation and she was SO FRIENDLY AND KIND. I stopped being angry and she answered all my questions. It wasn't so much about the card being stuck in the machine, just that I had unanswered questions as well. MICHELLE made the effort of taking 5 minutes of her own time to help me out. She actually seemed like she cared and the empathy didn't sound forced. THANK YOU MICHELLE, I WILL THANK YOU MORE when I pick up my card tomorrow.
