Still waiting for your call

When I saw that my cell phone contract was coming to an end I was interested in taking out a contract with FNB. I requested the Call Back option on the FNB website on a minimum of 2 occasions over a period of time (unfortunately I have lost the reference numbers but FNB will have a record of it.) and did not hear from any consultants.

On 20.05.2013, I called the number on the website and was told that the call centre operators couldn't assist me because they did not deal with contracts but that they would log my request and I would be called with 48 hours. When I asked for a reference for my call, the operator said that her name, Lindi, was a sufficient reference. I am still waiting for the call back!

I am very disillusioned with the bad service, or lack thereof, that I have received. I have been an FNB client since I was a child and usually rave about how good the service is and have convinced many people to change to FNB but after this lack of service, I will no longer recommend FNB unless they rectify the situation by calling me (after 3.15pm) and expedite the processing of the cell phone contract and the delivery of the phone.
