My wife received a sms regarding a personal or business loan from Clientele Finance. We sent a sms with all my details, amount required, etc. On 11 December 2013 I received a sms stating that I loan of R300 000 was approved. I phoned the cellphone number on the sms and the person stated that I need to pay R2620 for administration fee before they can pay the R300 000 into my account. He even sent me an email with all the banking details where the money needs to be transfered to. I phoned Clientele Finance Head Office and the lady requested that I forward the sms to her because they do not see anything on their system regarding a loan approval on my name. She said she will contact me as soon as possible and up until now nobody contacted me. I phoned numerous times this morning and left voice messages but no response.
